Alaska

Alaska is one of the few states where the apostille comes from the Lieutenant Governor’s office, not a Secretary of State. The Juneau office is the only one that processes certifications, and appointments are required even for the rare walk-in, so distance makes in-person visits impractical for almost everyone: mail us your document and Alaska becomes our logistics problem.

Certified vital records come from the Alaska Health Analytics and Vital Records Section. Notarized documents go to the Lieutenant Governor’s office directly, no county certification step required. The state fee runs $5 per certification and full-service timing is one to three weeks depending on the state (call us and we’ll tell you where yours currently stands).

Fishing industry contracts, remote-work visa paperwork, and adoption documents are the Alaska caseload we know best. Order at /order/ or call (212) 245-9690 and we’ll confirm your document’s exact chain in one conversation.
