Colorado

Colorado runs apostilles through the Secretary of State in Denver, and the process is still entirely paper-based: the office doesn’t offer online or e-apostille service, so every document has to be mailed in or dropped off in person. Requirements follow the classic rules: certified vital records from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, notarized private documents with current-commission notaries, no county step for most cases.

Colorado’s state fee is $5 per document, one of the lower fees in the country. Our door-to-door Colorado time is one to three weeks depending on the state (call us and we’ll tell you where yours currently stands), with pricing on the rates page.

Denver’s international workforce keeps us busy with degree verifications and FBI check companions (the FBI check itself is federal, and we run both tracks at once). /order/ or (212) 245-9690.
