Indiana

Indiana apostilles issue from the Secretary of State in Indianapolis. Most notarized documents go straight to the state, but marriage licenses are the exception: they need certification by the circuit court clerk in the county where the marriage occurred before the state can authenticate them. Vital records come from the Indiana Department of Health or county health departments as certified copies.

Indiana charges $2 per apostille. Our full-service Indiana turnaround is one to three weeks depending on the state (call us and we’ll tell you where yours currently stands) with pricing on the rates page.

Manufacturing export documents and university records (Purdue and IU generate constant international traffic) are Indiana’s staples. For corporate export documents heading to non-Hague markets, we run the embassy legalization chain from the same intake. /order/ or (212) 245-9690.
