Utah apostilles issue from the Lieutenant Governor’s office in Salt Lake City, another state without a Secretary of State. Notarized documents go direct, certified vital records come from the Utah Office of Vital Records and Statistics, and standard processing runs 3 to 5 business days, with next-day or same-day service available for an added fee.
